The Verdier Circle of Friends (VCF) was created in 2003, with permission to use the namesakes of Jacqueline and Larry Verdier.  They were ardent supporters of young people and the theatre. Their legacy was, and is, to financially support the Leland Theatre Department. Every production, from the scripts and performance royalties to stage supplies, costumes, lighting, and hired professionals, is made possible entirely through community support and local partnerships like VCF.A Verdier membership consists of honoring a 5-year commitment of $500 per year. In return, members receive two free tickets per Leland production (as well as reserved seats with a great view of the stage), tax deductions for their contributions, and recognition (signage, programs, and pre-show announcements).
